Oppo A94 5G product description

The Oppo A94 is a midrange 5G phone with four different cameras on the back including a 48MP main camera. Inside, a MediaTek processor is being used; an octa-core one with 8GB of RAM memory. This Oppo A94 is also sold elsewhere under the name Oppo Reno5 F and Oppo F19.

Modern design

Despite the many names, the Oppo A94 5G always has the same personality. And that personality can be called minimalistic. We mean that in a positive way. Both the front and back consist of 1 piece of Gorilla Glass 5. This is extra scratch and drop resistant and provides a smooth whole. A case can help if it slips out of your hands too easily. On the front, we find a 6.43-inch screen. It is a Super AMOLED panel which delivers colourful pictures with lots of contrast. The fingerprint scanner is located in the screen as well as the 16MP selfie camera. The screen has a sharp and bright display thanks to the FHD+ resolution and maximum 800 nits peak value. The maximum refresh rate is 60Hz.

Video camera with nite mode and HDR

On the back of the A94 5G, we find a quadruple camera system consisting of a 48MP main camera, an 8MP camera with 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera for extreme close-ups and a 2MP mono camera. Like other phones, the A94 features a nite mode but Oppo is now enabling it for video as well. The Ultra Nite Video mode allows for 26% better exposed videos in the evening hours. You can even shoot video with HDR, something many other phones can't do.

Extra fast charging

The battery inside the A94 5G measures a neat 4310 mAh and supports Oppo's own VOOC Flash Charge 4.0. That goes with a maximum of 30W so charging never takes long. Most of the power goes to the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor. It has 8 cores with up to 2.4 GHz and delivers excellent performance. It also supports 5G Internet, which makes it more suitable for the future. Another big plus is the ample RAM memory: 8GB of RAM. More than average. The storage memory is 128 GB and cannot be expanded with a memory card.
