Modern look thru borderless screen

The modern look gets this Y6 (2019) because of its over 6 inch large Dewdrop screen with notch at the top for the selfie camera. It is an 8MP camera that has its own flash. This Selfie Toning Flash 2.0 is hidden behind the speaker grill and allows you to take naturally exposed pictures in the dark. The screen projects images in HD+ resolution which is sharp but not flawless up close. The screen of the Y6 2019 is equipped with a blue-light filter which is kinder to the eyes.

Single camera with good lens

This Huawei Y6 2019 is equipped with a 13MP camera at the rear with a bright f/1.8 lens. For this Huawei deserves tribute because this lens lets 50% more light thru than an f/2.2 lens. This results in better exposed photos in the dark and that without flash. Huawei does not join the trend of using multiple cameras. The 13MP is the only camera available. Photos can be stored on the 32GB storage memory. Altho 'large', no 32GB is not exactly large but it is expandable to 512GB by inserting a microSD memory card.

That's big enough on its own, but thanks to smart software the Y6 2019 squeezes the maximum out of it. An interesting feature is the built-in FM radio. Now more phones have this but you can listen on this Huawei radio without plugging in headphones. To get quick and safe access to your device, there is a fingerprint scanner at the back and facial recognition at the front. Having a choice is always welcome. Also welcome are the available colours. For example, the Amber Brown version has a back that resembles leather. Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue have a more traditional look.
