Nokia brings E7 as true successor to Communicator-series
Everyone was expecting it, already. Leaving Nokia chairman Anssi Vanjoki presented the handset this morning at the Nokia World even in London. The smartphone has a 4 inch touchscreen and a full screen keyboard.
The E7 shares its looks with the recently launched N8, but is little larger. Vanjoki says the size is meant to meet the need of professional users. "They need a big screen when working while traveling." The QWERTY-keyboard has as well been designed with professional user in mind. "They're not only consumers, but also have to be productive. A physical keyboard is a must then."

Communicator
Nokia presented E7 at the true successor of 9210, a business mdel that hit the market about a decade ago. Back then, the handset was one of the first of its kind, and - like the E7 - big. Technical improvements mad it possible to make the E7 thin. Despite the physical keyboard that slides out, the phone is only 14 mm thick.
Features
The E7 is planned to be in stores in Q4 with a8 Megapixel camera, Wifi N, GPS and Bluetooth 3.0. Business user will like full Microsoft Exchange support. Nokia says that the price before taxes will be €495.
