OnePlus Nord COOE 3 Lite with 67W fast charging announced
OnePlus has officially announced the Nord COOE 3 Lite 5G. The phone gets faster, charging up to a whopping 67W, and also features an updated camera system with a 108MP camera. The chipset, however, remains the same.
Compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord COOE 3 Lite 5G features a slightly larger display of 6.72 inches. This panel still displays images with a smooth refresh rate of 120Hz, making animations look very fluid. The dimensions are almost the same by applying slightly thinner screen bezels.
The primary camera gets upgraded from 64 to 108 megapixels for even sharper pictures. This makes the Nord COOE 3 Lite the first OnePlus with such a high-resolution camera. OnePlus also uses the sensor to zoom in up to 3x without losing quality. While this is done digitally, there are enough pixels for zoomed-in photos to look sharp. The other cameras are a 2MP depth camera to take portrait photos with blurred backgrounds and a 2MP macro camera for extreme close-ups. Unfortunately, optical image stabilisation is missing; instead, the device features electronic image stabilisation (EIS).
Same chipset, faster charging
Like its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord COOE 3 Lite 5G is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. So, in terms of performance, there is no gain. However, the device does charge significantly faster thanks to support for 67W SuperVooc. OnePlus claims to recharge an empty battery to 80% in just half an hour.

Nord COOE 3 Lite availability and price
OnePlus is launching the Nord COOE 3 Lite in two colours; Pastel Lime and Chromatic Grey. Expect the device to hit stores from April 20th for a suggested retail price of 329 euros. You get the model with 8/128GB of RAM and storage memory for this. There is also a version with 256GB of storage memory available, altho that does not seem to be coming out globally. Those who pre-order the device before April 20th will get free the OnePlus Nord Buds costing 49 euros free of charge.
