Lenovo unveils Motorola edge 50 pro with 125W fast charging
Lenovo India has announced the first model in the new Edge 50 line-up: the Edge 50 Pro. The mid-range device is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and has 125W fast charging.
The Motorola edge 50 pro features a triple camera system and is equipped with several AI capabilities. One is that you can generate a theme and corresponding background from a photo. For this, the edge 50 pro uses the colours from your image.
According to Lenovo, the edge 50 pro is also the first phone with a Pantone Validated camera. This ensures that colours and skin tones are captured as realistic as possible. Then it helps that your screen is also high in quality. The borderless screen measures 6.7 inches in size, has a resolution of 1220p, and has an extra high contrast thanks to the pOLED panel.
125W TurboPower
Inside, the phone uses a third-generation Snapdragon 7 processor with up to 12GB of RAM, giving it a responsive user experience. Lenovo reports up to 40 hours of battery life thanks to the 4500mAh battery. It can be fast-charged with 125W or 50W wirelessly via the TurboPower Wireless Charging Stand.
Expect the Motorola edge 50 pro to hit stores in three colours: Luxe Lavender, Moonlight Pearl, and Black Beauty. The device will be available in India starting April 8, with other countries hopefully following soon.
