Samsung recalls dutch samples of C450
Samsung is recalling dutch samples of the C450 that were produced after September 1 2008. The device supposedly is producing to much radiation. Users can exchange their devices for a Samsung M150 without having to pay for it.
After a routine test by the Agency Telecom it appeared that the devices did not meet the standard norms for radiation set by the government. According to Samsung this does not mean that the devices could harm people or do damage in any way.

Nevertheless, the company is letting users exchange their devices. Owners of a Samsung C450 can find out through a special website whether they can switch their phone for a Samsung M150.
After a quick comparison on NewMobile.com it seems that the exchange is worth it; the M150 has, in comparison to the C450, Bluetooth and a bigger internal memory.
