MWC 2009: Sony Ericsson announces W995 Walkman
As usual Sony Ericsson is the first to organize a press conference at the MWC. Tonight Sony Ericsson has presented the new W995 Walkman; an "on-the-move entertainment experience".
Sony Ericsson introduces the W995 as the phone to stay amused all the time. The phone makes it easy to watch the latest news, TV shows, blockbusters or YouTube videos. The device even has enough battery life to watch an entire movie.
The phone has also autofocus, a flash and face detection. A 8.1 megapixel camera makes this puzzle complete. It is even possible to print pictures up to a full A3 size without loosing quality.
The W995 has excellent sound for both movies and music. Clear Stereo, Clear Bass and the included HPM-77 headphone makes music feel like you're sitting in a recording studio listening to your favorite band. The next level of audio experience will be taken care of by the HPM-88. And if you're having enough of this headphone you can always plug-in your own thanks to the 3.5mm audio jack.
Media Go
Media Go makes it easy to bring your media with you. The Sony Ericsson application makes its debute on the W995 and lets you effortlessly and automatically transfer your audio, video or photos between your mobile phone and your computer. You do not have to worry about format, resolution and 'frame per second' anymore; with Media Go you will have the same experience on your mobile phone as on your computer.
