
Sony Ericsson introduces C510 Cybershot, W508 Walkman and C905 update
Almost the most important news of the week is coming from Sony Ericsson. It is not just introducing two new phones; the C510 Cybershot and the W508, but it is also bringing an update for the C905.
Lets begin with the Sony Ericsson C510 Cybershot. This phone is aiming at its camera features, but we're not supprised thanks to its name Cybershot. The camera is only having a 3.2 megapixel, but you do get among others Smile Shutter. The Japanese-Swedisch combination is furthermore announcing that the Smile Shutter technology is also being made suitable for the C905. You just need to update your phone!

The C510 Cybershot was previously known as 'Kate', the device that was spotted several times before. The C510 Cybershot has a lot of imaging features, like Smile Shutter, face recognition, auto-rotate, HP Snapfish (order pictures made with your phone), YouTube support, Photo Fix and autofocus.
Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman
The second device managed to keep out of the news for quite some time. Eventually it is quite similar with the 'Alicia'. We're talking about the Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman phone, follower of the W380. This elegant clamshell device is aiming at music lovers and is equipped with music features like SenseMe, Shake and Gesture control and TrackID. If you're getting fed up with your W508 it is easy to refresh the device with new Style-Up covers.

You can fortunately also make normal calls with the W508 Walkman. Furthermore, the device has HSDPA internet, a 1 GB Memory Stick Micro M2 memory card and a 3.2 megapixel camera.
The Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman will be available in the second quarter of 2009 in two different colours; Metal Grey and Poetic White.
C905 Cyber-shot™ upgrade
Sony Ericsson also announced a big update for the 8.1 megapixel device; the C905 Cybershot. The update can be downloaded for free from mid February at http://www.sonyericsson.com/.
Do you own the C905? Than take a seat and see what's happening. The update is going to give you for instance Smile Shutter so the camera will take pictures when someone is smiling. Also the device will get YouTube support, WayFinder 8 and Snapfish of HP are getting installed and there will be the possibility to use SMS and MMS templates.
WayFinder 8 is the navigation software that can be used to simple navigate from point A to point B. With Snapfish of HP it is easy to order real photo's of the pictures you made with your device.
