Vodafone UK cancells roaming rates during summer holiday (update)
Good news for English Vodafone subscribers with plans for a holiday; the red phone operator is temporarily cancelling the roaming rates during the summer holiday.
At least that is what we understand from the banner we found on the English pages of Vodafone. From the first of June the roaming rates in 35 countries in Europe will temporary be cancelled. This seems a special campagne, although details are not known.
The rates for calling, sending text messages and MMS messages will be the same for being in another country than in your own. For sending data the 'old' rate still counts.
