These are the full specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series

With a few days to go before Samsung unveils the Galaxy S25 series, we already have all the specs. They include the entry-level S25, larger S25 Plus and the expanded S25 Ultra. Here's what caught our eye.

The lists below appeared on Arsène Lupine's X account. Looking at his timeline, it appears that this user does often publish information about unannounced phones. For now, we will focus on the lists below of the S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra. They show great similarities to previous rumors, but there are also some standouts among them.

What strikes us most is the lack of difference with the S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra. We can summarize the differences in a few points:

  • 12 GB of standard RAM memory (was previously 8 GB)
  • Faster 25W wireless charging (was previously 15W)
  • Gorilla Armor on all models (S25/S25+ first had Victus 2)
  • Larger 6.9-inch screen S25 Ultra (was previously 6.8 inches)

See the differences for yourself by going to the S25/S25+/S25 Ultra comparison page and clicking the "Show Differences" button.

On paper little difference

That means much remains the same. The cameras, for example. Only the S25 Ultra will have a camera with a different aperture. Everything else is the same. Should the S25 series indeed get the expected price increase, this will seem a bit sparse.

Renewal will have to come from the software

One UI 7 brings the real innovation

And of course faster deedless charging is nice, as well as the standard 12GB of RAM. But remember that the real innovation is in the new software. One UI 7 will be packed with new features that make it worth upgrading.
