Samsung Galaxy A20e product details
The Samsung Galaxy A20e is perhaps the best example of how Samsung has reinvented itself. An extremely competitively priced mobile with not only a modern look, but also with honest, good and competitive hardware. Which one exactly is something we are going to tell you here.
Even entry level now gets a modern screen
Samsung used to give you an entry-level model from the J-series made of plastic with simple hardware and a boring looking housing for the price of a Galaxy A20e. How different that is today. The housing of the A20e may be made of plastic, but it looks anything but boring and cheap. This is largely due to the screen. The Samsung Infinity-V Display has thin screen edges that maximize the screen surface area in relation to the housing. And despite the 5.8-inch screen, the A20e itself is nice and small. However, if you are looking for the most compact modern Galaxy, we recommend the Galaxy A40. With a larger screen it is just a little bit smaller.

Fingerprint scanner and dual camera
Although the Galaxy A20e is the entry-level model of the new A-series, it still has a fingerprint scanner on the back and a dual camera. The main camera is 13 megapixels in size and is equipped with a strong f/1.9 lens that can shoot clear images even in the dark. The second camera is 5 megapixels large and shoots images with a wide angle lens of 123°. That is quite similar to what you see with the human eye and therefore delivers nice wide shots. Useful to capture landscapes, buildings or large groups of people. The double camera can also distinguish foreground from background. In portrait mode, the A20e makes the background extra blurred so that the person stands out even more.

Portrait mode and Dual SIM
The selfie camera at the front also does this background blurring in the form of Selfie Focus. Your selfies can be unedited directly on social media. The Galaxy A20e erases blemishes thanks to Smart Beauty Mode and otherwise you hide what you want with the built-in stickers. Neat on the new A Series are the large batteries. The A20e, for example, has a 3000 mAh, which is enough to take the day with you given the screen size. There is also fast charging available up to 15 Watt. You can place up to two SIM cards and then there is even space left for a memory card (up to 512 GB). However, what the A20e is not is waterproof, you really need to be with the more expensive Galaxy A models. Also the sharpness of the screen does not make it with more expensive models, but with a pixel density of 300 it is still sharp enough for daily use.
