Motorola Moto G60 product details
The Motorola Moto G60 is one of the most affordable phones with a 108MP camera. It's also a big phone, a very big one if we say so ourselves. But that doesn't fool us for giving it an honest review as you would expect from us. Let's go.
Striking appearance
The Moto G60 is hard to miss. Both literally and figuratively. Because with a 6.8 inch screen, it is not a small boy. And with almost 10 millimeters, it is also on the thick side. It also weighs 225 grams, which is quite heavy for a phone. The G60 stands out from the crowd. And it can be seen, because Motorola uses a two-tone design on the back. The camera module has a contrasting color. With this, Motorola immediately emphasizes one of the most important assets of the phone: its camera.

A lot of pixels don't necessarily mean a lot
The Moto G60 has at its disposal a 108MP main camera. This sensor does 'pixel binning' where 9 pixels are merged into 1. This provides higher light sensitivity and thus better exposed photos in the dark. Just don't get too hung up on the amount of megapixels. There is a lot more to it than just the camera sensor when shooting good photos. The camera of the G60 can therefore not compete with much more expensive smartphones with the same kind of 108MP camera. Although it doesn't perform bad at all. We also find an 8MP Macro Vision camera with 118° ultra wide-angle and a 2MP depth camera. The Macro Vision camera also lets you shoot extreme close-ups from 2.5 centimeters away. On the front, you'll find another 32MP camera with f/2.2 lens neatly incorporated into a small punch-hole in the middle of the screen.

Free of bloatware
Another big plus of this G60 is its battery. It has a capacity of no less than 6000 mAh. This makes you understand where the high weight comes from. Not only does it give you a long battery life, you can also charge it quickly thanks to the TurboPower 20 charger. Also fast is the screen refresh. Images on this 6.8-inch screen refresh 120 times per second, delivering smooth animations. With FHD+, the resolution is also nice and sharp. The G60 comes with a fairly bare version of Android 11, but that is a plus. There are few unnecessary apps to be found, so-called bloatware, which you do not have to remove.
