The Moto E is a price fighter from Motorola. In terms of price/quality ratio, few come close. As a result, the Moto E is an Android smartphone that is affordable for almost everyone.
Motorola already had the Moto G in its range but this Moto E is one step simpler and more affordable. Although the device counts as an entry-level device with a competitive price tag, the device does have a remarkably high pixel density. In other words, the screen is very sharp for this price range. You will only have to compromise a little on the screen size. At 4.3 inches, it is not exceptionally large.
The Motorola Moto E features Gorilla Glass that keeps the screen scratch-free. The rest of the case is splash-water resistant. A swim won't please the Moto E but a few raindrops won't bother it. And thanks to the matte back, fingerprints will not be visible any time soon either. That makes the Motorola Moto E a pretty durable phone. If the Moto E does get damaged, a new back can be installed. The so-called Motorola Shells are available in different colors.
Despite its low price, Motorola fortunately did not skimp on the battery. The Motorola Moto E is equipped with a 1,980 mAh battery which, considering the screen size, can be called fairly large. The screen is normally considered the biggest consumer and considering the proportions, the Moto E can last more than a day. What also helps is a recent Android version. The Moto series from Motorola receives new Android updates relatively quickly, which means that even for little money, you still have a recent Android version with all the associated features.
