The Honor 10 is a modern smartphone with a spacious front screen and a double AI camera on the back. Despite this large screen, Honor has managed to place a fingerprint scanner beneath it. The front is always a convenient place for this. In this description we take a look at what else is useful about the Honor 10.
People today want a phone with the largest possible screen in as small a housing as possible. Honor thinks to have found the solution by placing a 5.84 inch large screen that sits on the left, right and top close to the edge. By still placing a selfie camera, a small notch can be found at the top. This so called notch is a lot smaller than with some other phones so you don't have to miss too much screen. At the bottom of this spacious FullView screen is a fingerprint scanner. Where many other manufacturers place it on the back, Honor chooses to place it on the front of this 10. Right at your fingertips, even when it's on the table.
You shoot pictures with a double AI camera on the back. Honor uses a 24 megapixel sensor and a 16 megapixel sensor. Combined, you have 40 megapixels together, and that in a mobile phone. The camera in the Honor 10 automatically analyzes what you want to take a picture of and finds the best settings. The clever heads of Honor have over 500 different scenarios preprogramed so that there is always one that fits what you want to shoot. Convenient because you don't have to dove into the settings to get the best shots. It all happens automatically. Honor also applies an f/1.8 lens that can also let a lot of light through in the dark. But let's not forget the selfie camera either. It also measures 24 megapixels although this is a single camera. That high resolution ensures sharp selfies, the artificial intelligence (AI) provides blurred backgrounds for a nice portrait photo. You can also brush away the entire background and replace it with a black studio-like background. Another handy trick of the selfie camera; it recognizes your face and can then unlock your device.
You'd almost forget that the Honor 10 is also just a phone. Handy here is that the device can filter out background noise so that the other side of the line understands you more clearly. These are all useful functions that you can only use as long as the battery is full. Fortunately, Honor has placed a 3400 mAh copy that looks nice and spacious on paper. In practice, however, you'll see that the screen size is a big drawback on battery life. Fortunately, the Honor 10 has SuperCharge fast charging, which means that it is half full again in 25 minutes. Honor uses the Kirin 970 processor from the factories of parent company Huawei. In the many reviews we read about him, the results are somewhat erratic. This may also be due to the EMUI-skin that Honor places on top of Android. It doesn't help speed, no matter how well-intentioned with extra features. You quickly forgive him when you see the glass aurora design in real life. Too bad it's not waterproof.

A notch no bigger than a drop of water, a 24 megapixel selfie camera and a back with a gradient color gradient; that's the new Honor 10 Lite.
An important advantage of the 24MP selfie camera on the Honor 10 is Portrait Lighting. How to shoot professional studio-like selfies with this you can see here
With the Honor 10, Honor is strongly committed to artificial intelligence (AI), so they asked a robot to record this movie. Not creepy at all!
Honor works together with the DJI Mavic drone so you can control it with your Honor View 10 & your voice. Controlling hands-free drones, which of course results in spectacular images.
