We have undisguised photos of the OnePlus Ace 5 in from multiple angles. What this has to do with the OnePlus 13R? This Chinese 'Ace 5' is believed to be released worldwide as the 13R.
OnePlus will announce the 13R and the 13 worldwide in January 2025. While the OnePlus 13 is the ultimate flagship, the 13R will be positioned as its cheaper counterpart. In China, OnePlus is releasing the 13R as the "Ace 5"; a gaming phone of which photos are now thus known.
Why the same device appears under two names is unclear to us. What is clear is that the OnePlus 13R features a flat screen, thin screen bezels and a metal center frame.
Previously mentioned specifications
Earlier rumors sounded about a 1.5K resolution screen, 6200 mAh large battery and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The Ace 5 succeeds last year's Ace 3 (our 12R). In some East Asian countries, the number 4 is avoided due to superstition.
