HTC buys design agency
HTC is going to take over the design agency One & Co, that was responsible for among others the design of the popular Touch Diamond.
The customers of One & Co are companies like Apple, Dell, Palm and Sony. It also has designed shoes, snowboards and furniture. After the acquisition One & Co will stay to be a producer of these customers.
HTC was a customer when the design agency developed the Touch Diamond. The design of the Diamond was a totally new product for HTC that used to produce boring grey products. HTC is hoping with the acquisition of One & Co to keep producing beautiful designed phones.

This is One & Co."
