Leaked Apple iPhone 17 design proves Google Pixel right
We may be on the eve of a new design for the iPhone. Images have surfaced that would show the casing of the iPhone 17. And it looks different, but then again, it doesn't.
Until now, Apple, like many other manufacturers for that matter, placed their cameras in the corner. As if they had punishment and didn't matter. While in fact it is one main selling point for buying a new mobile. A disadvantage of the corner camera is also that the device wobbles when lying on the table.

If the above photo is to be believed, the iPhone 17 is going to change that. The camera module covers the entire width of the device. Something reminiscent of recent Pixel phones such as the Pixel 9. The advantage of that design is that the device is stable on the table.
iPhone 17 render
If we convert this idea to a render we get something like the image below. This is also what Digital Chat Station thinks. This insider came up with correct information more often than not before phones became official.

The resemblance to a Pixel phone is striking, although Apple places the camera bar even higher. If you compare this render to the published part, you will see that that part has another hole. It is unclear what the purpose of that is.

Any iPhone 17 Air?
Whether we are indeed looking at an early prototype of the iPhone 17 won't be revealed until the fall of 2025. It is also not inconceivable that this is the design of the thin iPhone 17 Air. Only time will tell.
