Later, manufacturers from Xiaomi, Oppo, Samsung and others will follow suit. When exactly depends on how much work it takes them to make adjustments. Because they are working with their own UI shell, more work is involved.
Private Space
Android 15 includes new features to make your phone even more secure. Private space is a good example. It allows you to hide apps. Only after opening Private space do they become visible. Android 15 also makes it more difficult to use a stolen phone.
Theft Detection Lock
For example, AI can now recognize if a phone is stolen thanks to analyzing certain movements. The phone is then automatically locked. Disabling the Find My Device feature is also made less easy. A fingerprint or facial scan is always needed to make these kinds of adjustments.
