HTC today announced a new handset, the Gratia. It's basically the European versie of the Aria, that is sold in the USA. The handset is small, when compared to other Android smartphones, and runs Android 2.2 Froyo.
HTC brings the new handset with the well-known Sense interface, that can also be found on other Android phones of the brand. The looks of the Gratia resemble those of the HTC HD mini. De HD mini runs Windows Mobile 6.5. The Gratia can be seen as an Android edition of that phone, with some small changes to make it work with Googles OS. Just like the HD mini, the Gratia has a semmless soft-cover and a five megapixel camera with autofocus. The Gratia measures little more than 10 cm and weighs 115 grams.
In white as well
HTC Gratia will also come in withe and green, and will be available in november for 399 euros.
