Apple announced the iPhone 15 series on Sept. 12, 2023. Ordering the models could begin on Friday, Sept. 15, and Apple promises to deliver the first units as of Friday, Sept. 22. However, that does not apply to some iPhone 15 (Pro Max) models.
Most versions of the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus with 512GB of storage will be available immediately on September 22. Only the pink version is expected one week later. If 128GB is enough for you, too, then in most cases, you will have to wait until early October.
The iPhone 15 Pro is not expected until October 10, and some versions of the iPhone 15 Pro Max won't even be available until November. These are "Natural Titanium" and "White Titanium". You will not receive those before November 7. Why these two versions, in particular, are taking so long to arrive is unclear.
Natural Titanium
Possibly, a cause can be found in the popularity of this model. For example, the Natural Titanium comes in a beige-like color where the edge is brushed. This version has replaced Gold, a color in which the iPhone 15 Pro Max is no longer available.
