After dummy models of the iPhone 16 appeared earlier, dummies of the iPhone 16 Pro Max are now reaching us. Whereas the regular iPhone 16 will be very colorful, the same is not true of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The photo of the iPhone 16 Pro Max is from the same source as the iPhone 16 dummies. This time seeing only three colors, which begs the question of whether this is all, or if more colors will follow. After all, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is available in four colors. Blue is missing from this set.
We see the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max in white, black and titanium. For the iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple calls these colors White Titanium, Black Titanium and Natural Titanium. It is obvious that these names will also be used for the 16th generation.
Somewhat more contrast
From what we can see, the white variant looks whiter than its predecessor, and the black one looks blacker. But whether it will be enough to distinguish an 15 Pro Max from an 16 Pro Max is doubtful. Mainly because we cannot observe any other differences.
So what argument Apple came up with to make distinctions will become clear in September. The fact is, Apple will have to pull out more than just the eagerly awaited AI features. In fact, these have been delayed until iOS 18.1.
