T-Mobile and Orange in the UK have officially merged into Everything Everywhere. The new company with the curious name will be the largest communications enterprise in the UK. For now, both the Orange and the T-Mobile brand stay.
Consumers will still get their bills from either T-Mobile or Orange. Everything Everywhere will appear as a tag line below both brand names. For the employees of Everything Everywhere, there are more changes. Yesterday, the staff got new email addresses, new business cards and the headquarters got rebranded.
Nine months of integration
The merge of T-Mobile and Orange was announced nine months ago. Tom Alexander, Chief Executive of Everything Everywhere says the formal integration is "Another major milestone".
