Press images of the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 have surfaced. Comparing those images to the existing Watch 6, apart from a new strap, we see little difference. Or are we overlooking something?
If you look at the image below showing the Watch 7 on the left and the Watch 6 on the right, you will recognize that there is little difference. Apart from the band with blue and orange accents, similar to the recently announced Watch FE.
Obviously, if you want something new and different, you should not go for this Watch 7. Perhaps, then, the Watch Ultra is for you. But perhaps the real differences are inside.
Three colors
The source of the images, Evan Blass, does not provide specifications, only images. So we will have to wait until July 10. That's when Samsung will hold its Galaxy Unpacked event and we'll hear more.
Keep in mind a silver/white version, a green one and a gold one. In addition to these three colors, there will be two sizes; 40mm and 44mm.
The watches will be given type number SM-L300 and L310 for the 40 and 44mm variants, respectively. Interestingly, we have yet to see a 4G version of the watch. However, all versions do have GPS and are 5ATM waterproof.
