It's time to say goodbye to some nasty old bugs! This week a firmware update for the Nokia Lumia 710, Samsung Galaxy S en Samsung Omnia W.
Nokia Lumia 710 - 7.10.8107.79
Nokia comes with an update to the Lumia 710, which gets the extended model number 7.10.8107.79. This fixes a problem with the sudden disappearance of the onscreen keyboard while typing. In addition, the update includes a number of smaller improvements and bugfixes. The update will be announced on your phone, and can then be download using Zune from Microsoft.
Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy W - ValuePack
Samsung comes with a ValuePack for phones which do not get an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This ValuePack comes with some features that are unique to Android 4.0 yet. The Samsung Galaxy W and Galaxy S this week get this ValuePack, which brings Face Unlock, the ability to adjust the font size and the option to take pictures while capturing a video. The software can be downloaded via the KIES software from Samsung.
