Time to say goodbye to some nasty old bugs! This week a firmware update for the Nokia X6 and some bad news for the Palm Pre and Pixi.
We only have one updated handset for you this weel. After we had an update for an entire list of phones, we now only have good news for owners of a Nokia X6.
Nokia X6 - v31.0.004
This week, Nokia comes with an update for the X6. The music phone gets some minor improvements, but there's barely new functionality. Only Ovi Maps gets a new version. Other improvements are better performance and better usability. Nokia doesn't tell how this is achievement and in how can experience the difference. Updating can be done using Nokias own software update.
Palm Pre, Pre Plus, Pixi en Pixi Plus - Definitively no webOS 2.0
Bad news for owners of the very first Palm Pre, Pre Plus, Pixi or Pixi Plus; no webOS 2.0 for you! Apparently the hardware isn't powerful enough to run webOS 2.0 properly. Jon Rubinstein confirmed this bad piece of news to Engadget.
