Acer X960 and DX650 smartphone spotted
Acer wants to get some share in the smartphone market with the merger of E-ten. We can do a guess and tell you what they are going to do.
We do not know for sure whether this should make us enthousiastic or not, because the devices both seem quite thick. But well, the devices aren't announced officially yet so we can always be surprised positively.
Acer X960
The first device is the Acer X960, that seems to want to compete directly with the new HTC Touch Cruise. An interesting spec of the X960 is its VGA resolution colour display with a diametre of 2.8 inch.

Other specs are HSDPA internet, GPS receiver, WiFi, a 3 megapixel camera and a 533MHz processor.
Acer DX650
With the DX650 Acer is giving us a device with two faces. It is a actual touchphone, but it is also quite oldfashion with a keyboard and monochrome display.

Nevertheless, the specs HSDPA, GPS, and WiFi sound interesting. But we do want to see it in real life first before giving him the benefit of the doubt. What do you think?
