Lenovo has announced a new Motorola phone with 5G support. The device features the same chipset as the Moto G82 5G, and thus the same performance, but does feature a lower price tag.
The Motorola Moto G34 5G boasts a low type number, and thus, it betrays where it is positioned in Motorola's lineup: at the bottom. This is reflected in the recommended retail price of 169.99 euros, which is not much for a 5G phone with a smooth 120Hz screen.
The Moto G34 features a 50MP primary camera with a f/1.8 lens and a secondary camera for macro photography. This means it lacks a wide-angle camera like the G82 that features the same chipset. Also, the screen resolution of 1600x720 pixels is lower than the FHD+ of the Moto G82.
Vegan leather
Running under Android 14, the G34 5G has a 5000mAh battery that can be charged at 18W. The device is available in Charcoal Black, Ice Blue, and Ocean Green. The green version has a Vegan Leather back that feels like fake leather. All three versions are water-resistant and have 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
