Will it be more expensive, or not? That's the question when talking about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 series. There are (several) rumors that there will indeed be some. And then there is now this post that contradicts that. Who is right?
The new message, published at GizmoChina, talks about the same prices for the S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra as last year's S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra. So no 100 euros more, nor less, but exactly the same.
Model | 128GB | 256GB |
---|---|---|
Galaxy S25 | €909 | €969 |
Galaxy S25+ | - | € 1159 |
Galaxy S25 Ultra | - | € 1459 |
This would bring the starting price of the Samsung Galaxy S25 to €909 for the entry-level model with 128GB of storage. Those who want at least 256GB may have to pay 969 euros. 256GB is the entry-level version of both the S25+ and S25 Ultra which should thus cost 1159 and 1459 euros. At least if this rumor is true.
Wait and see what it will be
How much the 512GB and 1TB versions should cost the leak does not mention. That will be especially true then for the Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra, because you can't get the S25 with that much memory.
But if this leak says anything it's that doubling memory will cost you an extra 60 euros. That will be from 256 to 512GB maybe a little more, and especially from 512GB to 1TB.
